Buying a Condenser vs Vented Tumble Dryer

Filed under: other — Mark @ 8:24 pm

The main difference between a condenser and a vented or aired tumble dryer is that the vented tumble dryer blows the damp hot air out through a venting pipe, ideally through a venting kit straight outside.  A tumble condenser dryer in contrast diverts the damp air into a condensing chamber where it hits a metal condenser and the steam is converted into water.  This water is usually collected in a tank.  So in most case the condenser dryer is more practical in more highly populated areas such as high rises where connecting the venting pipe to an external wall is less practical.  For great deals on tumble dryers see UK Shopping Online.
