Comparing AST VP2 Whey Isolate, EAS Precision Protein, cytosport muscle milk light, and Prolab Protein Isolate

Usually, cytosport muscle milk isolate contains 90-98% protein while whey concentrate contains 70-85%.

You’re probably wondering: “well, is it worth my extra money to buy whey isolate powders?” It’s tough to say really…

If you ask for my personal opinion, I’d have to say no. I’ve tried most of these, and I can’t really say I notice much

if any difference at all between whey protein isolate and whey concentrate powders.

On the other hand, I know of some individuals who swears by higher quality cytosport muscle milk collegiate whey Isolate. Ultimately, it comes

down to quantity vs. quality. Again, like I mentioned, I didn’t notice much extra benefits from paying the extra bucks,

so I stick with just whey concentrates.
